Côte Est – en

Côte Est is ideally located in the midst of a magnificent forest with a panoramic view of the Eastern Townships. The conservation area surrounding the project offers all the serenity you expect from a mountainside location. Yet Côte Est is just metres away from one of North America’s most popular ski resorts. It’s the best of both worlds! What if it were you hitting the slopes from the project’s ski-in/ski-out access ?

Plans for construction of the low-density project include clusters of 2 to 6 residences – condos and single-family homes. Once completed, Côte Est will count approximately 100 homes.

Tree Protection

Bromont Immobilier has adopted a policy of responsible deforestation since the early stages of the Côte Est Project. We minimize tree cutting and adapt our construction approach accordingly. At some sites, the most at-risk trees have been protected individually.

The contemporary, organic architecture of the new condos is highlighted by extra-large windows that allow in abundant natural light from the forest. With features like gas fires, quartz countertops in the kitchen, engineered wood floors, a large private terrace and optimal soundproofing, the design of these condos aims to meet the most exacting standards in every respect.

Sediment barriers have been installed to prevent the migration of soil particles, while the permanent pools will capture coarse particles. In addition, seeding will be undertaken as the project progresses.

The Côte Est Project is located on a 64-acre site, bordered by two conservation areas. The mission of these areas is to conserve the biodiversity of flora and fauna.

Wood, stone and transparency unite to create a new house that blends harmoniously with its environment and the natural contours of the mountain. The single-family homes have up to 5 bedrooms, large living spaces to comfortably accommodate family and guests, and a mudroom for convenient storage of ski equipment.

Ecological landscaping

Environmental assessments of the natural features, as well as layout recommendations, have been issued for each of the lots. Bromont Immobilier has adopted a landscaping plan for the Côte Est Project that utilizes indigenous plants. The land and gardens therefore require little watering, as an eco-friendly measure.
